Our Leaders

Terika is an Outpatient Therapist at ilearn wellness group. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC), with a strong foundation in psychotherapy and group therapy. Terika specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and families. She holds a Bachelor’s in Brain and Cognitive Science and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Rochester, and she continued her education by earning a Master’s in Community Mental Health Counseling.

Through her education and professional experience, Terika has developed a diverse set of therapeutic skills that support her work as a well-rounded and effective clinician. She brings extensive knowledge across various therapy modalities, provides patient-centered interventions, builds strong therapeutic rapport, and offers clinical supervision. Terika is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment for clients while fostering growth, development, and meaningful change.

Outside of her professional work, Terika enjoys movies, traveling, reading, and exploring new restaurants.
