Our Leaders

Patricia Travaglione, LICSW
Chief Clinical Officer
A graduate of Columbia University’s School of Social Work, Patricia has pursued advanced clinical education, earning certifications in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hunter College and Child and Adolescent Therapy from Fordham University. With a particular focus on adolescent therapy, Patricia has expanded her practice to include evidence-based approaches, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and marriage counseling utilizing the Gottman Method.
Patricia’s dedication extends beyond her practice. As a founding board member of The Sophia Valsamos Foundation, she worked to empower youth, celebrate diversity, and break the stigma surrounding mental health challenges. Her role with the foundation inspired her to become a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor, enabling her to train educators, parents, and caregivers to support youth facing mental health struggles effectively.
When not championing mental health, Patricia enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring Long Island’s beaches, and staying active with her love for reading and exercise. Her compassionate approach and extensive expertise continue to guide her mission of supporting individuals and families in achieving mental well-being.
