James began his career in sales, gaining expertise across technology, manufacturing, and international education. Throughout this time, he developed a sharp instinct for business development and strategic growth—but his proudest achievement was his ability to make connections and cultivate authentic, lasting relationships.

In 2019, driven by a desire to make a more meaningful impact, James pivoted into healthcare. He started in clinical trial consulting and helped pharmaceutical companies in the areas of marketing and patient recruitment and later served as a territory manager for a nationwide healthcare staffing firm. These roles deepened his commitment to supporting both quality patient care and the dedicated professionals behind it.

As the newest member of ilearn wellness, James brings a unique blend of business acumen and heartfelt purpose. He is passionate about helping adolescents access the care they need to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

Outside of work, James channels his creativity and curiosity into cooking new recipes, traveling to inspiring destinations, collecting art, and attending live concerts whenever he can. He holds of a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
