Our Leaders

Isabel Monteiro, LICSW, joins ilearn wellness group as the Lead Program Coordinator, participating in the leadership of the development and implementation of ilearn wellness programming. She participates in the oversight of the program and is an expert in group therapy programming. With 10 years of experience working with adolescents and families of various ethnic backgrounds, across the state of Massachusetts, she takes pride in understanding the gaps in services. She received her BS in Family Studies from University of New Hampshire. She then went on to receive her MSW at University of New England with a focus in clinical social work. She has experience in school settings, partial hospitalization programs, and crisis stabilization, as well as training in CBT and DBT. Isabel has extensive experience with parent coaching throughout her career. Isabel is dedicated to closing the gap between mental health services and education within the adolescent population.

Isabel was born in Springfield, MA and travels there frequently to visit family and friends. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, trying out new restaurants, and exercising.
